Business telephony, routed to fit your task
We are an IT team that designs, launches and maintains voice infrastructure for companies: PBX, SIP trunks, call routing across countries, call recording and operator workplaces.
Who we are
GrandRoute is a separate team of engineers focused on one thing: voice. We take a company's task, pick the right setup and carriers, build it and stay on to support it.
We don't sell one box for everyone. A sales office, a support line and a 100-seat contact centre need different things, so we start by finding out what you need.
What we do
PBX deployment
Asterisk and FreePBX on your server or a VPS: extensions, queues, IVR and call routes, ready for daily work.
SIP trunks
Connecting one or several carriers, failover between them and clean outbound routes for each country.
Cost-based routing
Calls go out through the best-priced carrier for each destination, with automatic fallback to the next one.
Call recording
Recordings in a compact format, automatic cleanup of old files and quick search by number.
Operator workplaces
Softphones, remote desktops and an operator panel set up so agents can start calling on day one.
Security and support
Firewall, attack blocking, VPN-only administration and ongoing monitoring of the system.

Common questions
How fast can you launch?
A basic setup with one carrier and up to 10 operators usually takes a few working days. Larger contact centres are launched in stages, and the timeline is agreed after the brief.
Do we need our own hardware?
No. The PBX runs on a rented server or on your own one if you have it. Operators work from softphones on their computers.
Can we keep our current carriers?
Usually yes. We connect your existing SIP carriers to the new PBX and add new ones where they give better prices or coverage.
Where are call recordings stored?
On your PBX server, not with third parties. You decide how long to keep them, and old files are removed automatically.
Do you support the system after launch?
Yes. We handle changes, new destinations, carrier switches and incidents under terms agreed with you.

The more detail you give, the more precise our first proposal will be.
